Job Description
IDS is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer - Journeyman, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to support creative design initiatives across print, digital, branding, and multimedia platforms. This role involves producing high-quality visual content, collaborating with creative teams, and contributing to the development of engaging design solutions aligned with client and brand objectives.
Key Duties
Designs and iterates strategic creative solutions across print, branding, UX/UI, social media, video, and digital campaigns
Participates in brainstorming sessions and contributes to idea generation
Assists with research, mood boarding, concept development, and execution of design work
Produces creative deliverables aligned with strategic direction and user/client needs
Communicates design decisions clearly with project teams
Stays current with design trends, tools, and technologies
Participates in customer discovery sessions and takes notes as needed
Organizes and maintains design files with correct structure, naming conventions, and storage procedures
Maintains accountability for timelines and deliverables
Contributes to team culture and collaboration within ADG
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
OR Associate's degree or High School Diploma with 7 years of experience
Minimum 3 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above)
Portfolio required
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required
