We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our growing team. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and functional apparel for our healthcare professionals. You will work closely with our team to develop designs that meet the needs of our clients while maintaining our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to develop concepts and designs for new apparel collections
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and industry developments
Create sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes for new designs
Work with vendors and manufacturers to source materials and oversee production
Ensure all designs meet quality and safety standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and promotional materials for new collections
Attend trade shows and industry events to showcase our apparel and network with potential clients
Keep accurate records of all designs, materials, and production processes
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate our apparel designs
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in the healthcare industry
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Passion for emergency preparedness and healthcare industry
