About the Role

We're looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Manager / Content Creator to grow our restaurant's online presence through

real, in-the-moment content .

This is

not a remoterole

- you must be in the restaurant capturing content during busy hours.

What You'll Do

Create and post content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Capture real-time video/photos of food, guests, and team
Post consistently (3-5 times per week)
Respond to comments/messages and engage with followers
Highlight promotions, events, and daily buffet offerings
Optional: Serve & Earn More

Employee (W-2):

Hourly + optional serving shifts
Independent Contractor (1099):

Flexible structure (per post, per shift, or monthly)
What We're Looking For

Comfortable filming in a busy restaurant environment
Up-to-date on TikTok / Instagram trends
Outgoing personality (not afraid to be on camera)
Consistent, dependable, and self-motivated
Restaurant experience is a plus

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
