Sales & Marketing Coordinator / HubSpot CRM Specialist - $50,000 - $55,000 Annually (DOE)

Full-Time - Monday - Friday

Express has partnered with a growing company in Northbrook, IL seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator / HubSpot CRM Specialist to support business development, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality or healthcare industry and strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, including contacts, pipelines, workflows, and reporting.
Support lead generation, prospect research, and sales outreach activities.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer communications through HubSpot.
Track sales and marketing performance metrics and generate reports.
Assist with marketing campaigns, social media, events, and promotional initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership to support business growth and client engagement.
Qualifications

Experience in sales support, marketing coordination, business development, or a related role.
Experience in the hospitality, healthcare, medical, or service industry preferred.
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including reporting, workflows, and email marketing.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
