Biotech client is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analytics Manager to build and scale marketing analytics capabilities across the MarTech ecosystem. This role blends strategic analytics with hands‑on data engineering to drive measurable marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Define and standardize marketing KPIs; analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to optimize lead management, funnel performance, and conversion
Build and maintain scalable data models in Snowflake and develop pipelines integrating CRM, HubSpot, web, and ad platforms
Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability across marketing datasets
Develop automated dashboards and reporting in Power BI; enable self-service analytics for stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, data engineering, and ops teams on data strategy and integrations
Qualifications
7+ years in marketing analytics, data engineering, or marketing operations
Strong experience with Snowflake, data modeling, and pipeline development
Proficiency in SQL and Python
Experience with HubSpot, CRM systems, and marketing data sources
Profile
