Overview
As the Associate Creative Manager, Social Media, you will work closely with the Senior Social Media Manager and the broader marketing team to connect the pulse of the community and the brand. This role focuses on managing day‑to‑day publishing, content calendar coordination, community management, cultural relevance, campaign development, cross‑functional collaboration, and performance monitoring for 2–3 Hasbro brands. You will be onsite at Hasbro’s new Boston HQ, working Tuesday–Thursday

as part of a hybrid schedule .

Responsibilities

Manage the day‑to‑day publishing, scheduling, and upkeep of social channels for 2–3 brands, ensuring on‑time, on‑brand content optimized for each platform.

Own the content‑calendar process—organize assets, manage intake from cross‑functional partners, maintain approval workflows, and keep everything on track for go‑live.

Monitor, respond to, and engage with fans and followers across owned brand channels, identify trending conversations, and activate high‑volume, real‑time social copy and community engagement strategies.

Bridge the gap between internet subcultures and standard toys and games narratives, acting as a cultural lynchpin.

Develop and produce platform‑native content (captions, copy, short‑form video concepts, asset briefs) to keep content calendars stocked.

Support the Senior Manager on large‑moment campaigns and social innovation projects, contributing creative ideas and managing campaign timelines.

Identify breakout organic social posts in real time and collaborate with performance marketing to convert them into high‑performing paid ad creative.

Act as a day‑to‑day connector across brand, marketing, licensing, and analytics teams—gather assets, secure approvals, align on messaging, and ensure social needs are represented in marketing planning.

Partner with regional teams to adapt social programs for local markets.

Support creator and influencer partnerships by developing briefs, content ideas for collaborations, and assessing brand fit.

Pull and compile weekly and monthly social analytics reports, tracking engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance to inform ongoing optimizations.

Stay on top of platform trends, audience trends, meme culture, and creator conversations, surfacing timely opportunities to the Senior Manager.

Maintain compliance with platform best practices and content policies, ensuring clean publishing.

What You’ll Bring

2–4 years of social media or content marketing experience.

Hands‑on experience managing brand social channels (not just personal).

Native fluency on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and understanding of each platform’s nuances.

Strong writing skills—able to write in a brand voice and make copy feel natural.

Organized and detail‑oriented, able to juggle multiple brands and deadlines.

Basic content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe suite, or similar).

Collaborative, curious, and genuinely excited about toys, games, and pop culture.
