Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities
Support the sales team in generating revenue through corporate hospitality, sponsorships, group sales, suite rentals, and special events.
Serve as a point of contact for prospective and existing clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely information.
Assist with planning and execution of live racing events, and promotional activities.
Schedule meetings, site tours, and client visits.
Coordinate with operations, food and beverage, marketing, racing operations, and guest services teams to ensure successful event execution.
Prepare event recaps for management.
Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and customer outreach efforts.
Attend race days, special events, and community functions as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, vendors, community organizations, and racing enthusiasts.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and responsive service.
Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
1+ years of experience in sales support, event coordination, hospitality, entertainment, sports venues, or related industries preferred.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and race-day schedules as required.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
