Role Description
The Marketing Communications Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Lexington, MA. This role is responsible for creating and executing marketing communication strategies to promote the Academy. Daily tasks include drafting press releases, managing public relations activities, crafting marketing content, coordinating communication materials, and supporting community engagement initiatives. The Coordinator will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to represent the Academy effectively and authentically.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Marketing Communications
Experience in crafting Press Releases and coordinating Public Relations efforts
Proven abilities in Writing compelling, clear, and engaging content
Capacity to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms related to marketing and communications, such as content management systems and social media platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Understanding of and commitment to Christian values and education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications
