Seeking a full-time Senior Technical Writer for developer audiences, this remote position will manage the creation of user-centric API and programming documentation in collaboration with product engineering and management teams, ensuring clarity and engagement through storytelling.
Key responsibilities
Produce industry-leading API and programming content that flows logically and tells a cohesive story
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to create user-centric documentation and guides
Keep pace with product development teams while adhering to style guidance and quality standards
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in English, technical communications, computer science, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a technical writer for a developer audience at an Agile software company
Proven experience writing detailed, user-centric API and programming documentation
Proficiency in Markdown or another markup language, and knowledge of one or more programming languages (Java, Go, Python, Typescript)
Strong writing portfolio demonstrating relevant skills and experience
