Graphic Designer (Contract/Freelance) - Hybrid

We're looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract/freelance basis. If you have a strong eye for design, a solid portfolio, and thrive in a flexible hybrid workenvironment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling, on-brand designs.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently.
Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Experience with both digital and print design preferred.

How to Apply:

To be considered for this position, all applicants must complete a working interview by designing an original logo for a cannabis brand called "916".
This exercise gives us a look into your creative style and helps us gauge your understanding of the cannabis industry - its culture, audience, and visual language. There are no strict rules: we want to see how you think and what you bring to the table as a designer.
Your submission should include:

A logo concept for "916" rooted in cannabis culture.
At least one primary logo variation and one alternate/secondary version.
A brief explanation (a few sentences) of your design choices and inspiration.
File formats: PDF and PNG (transparent background preferred).

Top submission wins the contract - and a full-time role.

The strongest design will be selected for the contract position. Additionally, the winner will be offered a full-time designer role with our team. This is your opportunity to make a lasting impression.
