Job Summary
The Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator supports student recruitment and marketing for the School of Pharmacy (SOP). The role combines leadership, planning, and communication responsibilities to enhance enrollment, promote the SOP brand, and engage prospective students through various channels and events. The position involves travel, including overnight stays.
Responsibilities
Oversee student recruitment, execution of school visits, and coordination of recruitment events.
Manage CRM software and provide guided informational tours for prospective students.
Utilize systems such as Banner, MUBert, PharmCAS, Word, Excel, Salesforce and other relevant technologies.
Create and produce marketing and communication materials across digital, social media, email, print, and other platforms.
Maintain and develop SOP marketing content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and media releases.
Manage communication efforts and ensure dissemination of accurate and pertinent information.
Maintain an active presence on social media platforms, including graphic design and content development.
Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
Make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
Analyze course prerequisites, certification, and curriculum/ graduation requirements.
Use independent judgment to manage and protect confidential information.
Develop and deliver presentations to students and parents.
Work effectively with diverse populations.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Collaborate with others to develop recruitment brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Work face‑to‑face and in virtual settings.
Examine and re‑engineer operations and procedures; formulate policy and implement new strategies.
Plan, assess, and evaluate programs related to student recruitment efforts.
Coordinate with faculty members on recruitment team and students in recruitment and admissions processes.
Plan and implement short‑ and long‑range goals related to recruitment and admissions.
Configure and use computerized programs related to pharmacy admissions processes.
Provide leadership and guidance to administrative support staff and/or students.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Preferred Education: Master's Degree.
Experience: 1+ years college/professional school recruiting and admissions experience preferred; 3+ years recruiting, advising, and admissions experience highly preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work with diverse populations and use independent judgment.
Proficiency with CRM, social media, email marketing, and Microsoft Office suite.
Travel, including overnight travel, is required.

Work week: 37.5 hours.
Approximately two weeks off during Winter Break.
