Williams DeLoatche, P.C. is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, building community connections, and supporting a variety of marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and visibility.
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing efforts, coordinating events and sponsorships, managing social media content, and creating branded materials that reflect the firm's values and reputation. This position requires someone who takes pride in producing polished, professional work and understands that attention to detail is not optional—it is essential.
What You'll Do

Support the Marketing Director in the execution of marketing initiatives
Create and design marketing materials for social media content
Manage and maintain the firm's social media presence, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring engagement, and tracking performance
Assist with content creation for social media, email marketing, newsletters, blogs, and website updates
Coordinate and attend community outreach efforts, sponsorships, networking events, and firm-hosted events
Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
Organize marketing assets, photos, vendor information, and promotional inventory
Track marketing activities, deadlines, and project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time
Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and external vendors to support marketing projects and campaigns
Assist with photography, videography, and content gathering at events and community activities
What We're Looking For

2+ years of marketing, communications, social media, or related experience
Strong graphic design skills with experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms
Demonstrated experience managing business social media accounts and creating engaging content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously
Passion for branding, storytelling, and creating a consistent professional image
Experience coordinating events, sponsorships, or community outreach initiatives
Comfortable utilizing AI tools to support content creation and marketing efficiency
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
Photography, videography, or basic video editing experience is a plus

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, on-site position
Standard hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Occasional evening or weekends to attend or host events
Virginia Beach office location
