JOB SUMMARY: Establish and monitor Medicalodges marketing program to provide programs, guidance, and training to individual facility management to generate occupancy and maintain superior community relationships
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Developing an annual marketing budget and plan for the region and assigned facilities in collaboration with the Regional Vice President and facility personnel.
Collaborate with facility personnel and the Regional Vice President in evaluating and updating marketing plan to ensure compatibility with facility operations.
Gathering and interpreting changes in the market place for services and products which can signal threats or opportunities.
Coordinating marketing and public relations activities with the Regional Vice President and facility personnel.
Training facility management in skills to market services to the variety of referral sources, i.e., insurance companies, HMO’s, PPO’s, and special hospital care units.
Assisting facility personnel in customer service programs, public relations, and facility image building.
Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows to market our services.
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in marketing, public relations, or other related field preferred
Two years related work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent computer skills
