Job Description

Event Technician

Department:

AIT - AST Event Production

Reports to:

Event Production Manager

Location:

AIT (BGH), Work occurs across campus in various auditoriums

Schedule:

Approximately 6 hours a week (flexible hours)

Overview:

We work as a team to support sound, video, projection, and lighting for live events on campus. These events include chapel services, conservatory concerts, and academic conferences.

Qualifications

Must be able to work for at least two school years.
Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate student at Wheaton College.
Previous experience in audio, video, lighting, or projection encouraged.
Must be able to demonstrate strong inter-personal skills to clients and inspire confidence in your ability to execute the needs of the program effectively.
Must be able to manage your schedule well.
