Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts within the retail and events division, focusing on acquisition and retention
Work directly with

customers face-to-face in retail venues and event locations
Upsell, cross-sell, and troubleshoot products and services
Serve as a professional brand ambassador in the community
Manage assigned territories and maintain accurate tracking data
Communicate market trends to campaign managers, sales leaders, and client success teams
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in retail, event management, brand ambassador roles, customer service, hospitality, leadership, or related fields
Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
High school diploma required
Valid driver's license required
