Senior Product Manager, Medical Devices - Hybrid Lead

Stryker Corporation is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive strategic initiatives for its Mako Shoulder portfolio. This hybrid position can be based in Bloomington, MN or other locations. The successful candidate will blend clinical insights with marketing expertise to develop powerful go-to-market strategies and manage projects that create value for both surgeons and patients.
With over 6 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, you will be responsible for developing marketing plans, identifying market opportunities, and mentoring team members.
Preferred candidates will have an MBA and medical device background, and travel may be required up to 30%.
