Project Manager – JLL

As a Project Manager at JLL, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional client experiences through complex construction and renovation projects. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, requiring you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of quality, budget adherence, and timeline performance. You'll serve as a critical liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless project delivery that directly contributes to JLL’s reputation as a global leader in commercial real estate services.
Responsibilities

Supporting project executives across multiple concurrent assignments, serving as a key contributor to project success through proactive coordination and problem‑solving.
Developing comprehensive project scopes, schedules, and budgets while continuously monitoring performance against established baselines and critical path milestones.
Managing the full vendor lifecycle including coordinating RFPs, negotiating contracts, holding subcontractors accountable, and ensuring quality deliverables.
Preparing detailed project status reports, processing invoices accurately, maintaining tracking systems, and organizing documentation for due diligence and financial audits.
Planning and coordinating work across multiple on‑site teams to minimize facility disruptions, mitigate risks, and maintain operational continuity throughout project execution.
Interfacing directly with architects, contractors, and client representatives to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Leveraging JLL’s Project Development Services technology platforms to maintain project visibility, documentation integrity, and stakeholder communication effectiveness.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 4–5 years of demonstrated experience in project management, construction management, or real estate project coordination roles.
Proven ability to prepare, manage, and track project budgets with strong attention to financial detail and cost control principles.
Solid understanding of technical requirements associated with business relocations, construction projects, and renovation initiatives.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel approximately 20–25% to project sites and client locations as needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders including architects, contractors, and executive‑level clients.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, MS Project, and other project management software applications.
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture specifications, and space planning concepts that support workplace design projects.
Experience working in fast‑paced environments requiring strong prioritization skills, deadline management, and adaptability to changing priorities.
Background in commercial construction management or corporate real‑estate services that provides context for client needs and industry standards.
Track record of demonstrating agility in responding to client change requests while maintaining project integrity and stakeholder satisfaction.
Basic knowledge of risk management principles and proactive identification of potential project obstacles before they impact delivery.
Professional project management training or exposure to PM methodologies (formal certification not required but beneficial).
