Job Overview
We are seeking a Brand Coordinator to support the development and execution of brand initiatives that bring Unrivaled to life for fans, partners, and players across every major league moment.

The Brand Coordinator is a versatile role at the intersection of league tentpoles, brand collaborations, and campaign execution. This person brings energy and precision to how Unrivaled shows up — in our marquee moments, through our brand partner deliverables, and across the campaigns and tune-in promotion that drive fan engagement throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities
League Tentpoles & Game Experience

Support the planning and production of experiential marketing moments — fan activations, theme nights, club nights, and events that bring the brand to life

Coordinate league tentpole events and game day activations — managing logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and on-site execution

Maintain organized records of activation timelines, event logistics, and post-event recaps across all programs

Collaborate with ops, partnerships, and creative teams to ensure activations reflect the brand voice and values

Brand Collaborations

Execute brand collaboration deliverables across partner relationships — tracking commitments, coordinating content and assets, and ensuring all obligations are met on time and to standard

Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for brand partners, managing communication, flagging issues proactively, and maintaining strong working relationships

Recap brand executions with clear post‑engagement reporting, capturing what worked, what didn’t, and how to improve next season

Campaign Execution

Manage campaign execution across the season — owning project management, timelines, and cross‑functional coordination within marketing and across departments on assets, messaging, and channels

Support partner creative review and ensure broadcast‑driven campaign assets land on time

Track campaign performance and surface insights to inform future campaigns

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in experiential marketing, event coordination, brand partnerships, campaign management, or a related field

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and external relationships simultaneously without dropping the ball on details or deadlines

On‑site event experience — comfortable owning execution in fast‑moving, high‑visibility environments

Strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships with brand partners and internal stakeholders

Highly organized and self‑directed — can manage a busy activation calendar and a portfolio of brand deliverables at the same time

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing external partner correspondence professionally

Collaborative and solutions‑oriented — brings a positive, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude to every challenge

Bonus: experience in sports, entertainment, or women's sports; existing relationships in the brand partnership or creator space
