Role Overview
A nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm is seeking a Studio Lead to oversee and grow its architectural operations in the Allen, TX market. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll drive studio performance, mentor a talented team, and serve as a key client-facing leader.
This position reports directly to senior regional leadership and plays a critical role in shaping the firm’s continued growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Studio Leadership:
Lead day-to-day operations of the architecture studio, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
Client Relations & Growth:
Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients while identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships
Project Delivery Oversight:
Partner with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and design excellence across all projects
Financial Management:
Oversee studio performance including budgeting, resource planning, and profitability
Quality Control & Process Improvement:
Implement and refine QA/QC standards to maintain consistent, high-quality deliverables
Compliance & Operations:
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Licensed Architect (RA required)
10-15+ years of progressive experience in architecture
Strong background in
commercial retail rollout projects
Proven experience leading teams and/or managing an architectural office or studio
Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
