Program Supervisors (Coordinators) Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day operational functions and overall programming for the Community Based Placement Preservation and Stabilization Programs. Duties include ensuring that all aspects of the programs operate efficiently and in accordance with Devereux’s policies and procedures, overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of Community Based Programs, participating in program quality planning and monitoring, and managing a partial caseload. Supervises Crisis (Family) Support Coordinators and DBT Coaches, ensuring staff development and clear job expectations. Conducts annual staff evaluations, hiring and interview processes, on-the-job training for new staff, and addresses staff disciplinary actions as needed.

Salary & Schedule
Salary Range: $47,736.00 - $52,509.60

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm; two weeks of on-call hours and one weekend day per month required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Services or related field and one (1) year of related experience; or Associate’s Degree and two (2) years of related experience; or High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of related experience.

• Minimum one (1) year of supervisory/leadership experience required; one (1) year of Devereux supervisory/leadership experience preferred (internal staff).

Other Requirements

Must attend mandatory new hire orientation Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm (paid).

Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards).

Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history check.

Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable).

Drug test within 24 hours of offer with negative results.

Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions).
