Now Hiring: Production Technician I

What You'll Do
Support daily production with technicians
Perform machine checks and basic troubleshooting
Prepare, package, and stage products
Assist with machine setup and operation
Follow safety, PPE, and hazmat procedures
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ months in production or manufacturing (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
Comfortable lifting up to 55 lbs
Bonus Skills
Experience with composites, mixing, or assembly
Familiarity with GMP or production environments
Shifts Available
Swing: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
Night: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
(Day shift training provided)
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.15/hr.
