Marian Catholic High School seeks a creative, organized, and motivated Content & Communications Manager to lead day-to-day content creation and communications across digital and print platforms. This role plays an important part in advancing the Marian Catholic brand through engaging content that supports enrollment, fundraising, alumni and family engagement, student recognition, and institutional reputation.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer and project manager with solid digital communication skills and a passion for storytelling. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities effectively, and is excited to showcase the energy, excellence, and spirit of the Marian Catholic community.

Content Creation & Storytelling
Social Media Management
Website & Email Communications
Photography / Video / Visual Content
Event Communications Support
Project Management & Collaboration
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, content creation, or a related field preferred.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Experience managing social media platforms and interpreting performance analytics.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
Professionalism, initiative, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
Appreciation for Catholic education and the mission of Marian Catholic High School.
