We’re looking for a Director of VIP Strategy & Reactivation to build and develop our process to reengage and win customers back with the newly formed Reactivation Team. The role will impact strategic areas of Product, Promotions, and Events.

Directly supervises: Sports VIP Reactivation Team.

Responsibilities

  • Partner in the strategic vision for VIP Program; lead and develop our Reactivation Team.
  • Manage current Reactivation Team of 2; operate cadence, meetings, deliverables, etc.
  • Design and prioritize customer segments for reactivation around key variables.
  • Identify friction points in workflows and implement practical solutions that improve speed, consistency, and effectiveness for anything touching Reactivation or VIP.
  • Handle unique client situations with sound judgment and an emphasis on white‑glove service; support or solve team and guest issues directly when needed.
  • Partner on KPIs and performance tracking to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Contribute to VIP Knowledge & SOPs by documenting best practices and key information.
  • Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
  • Champion within the organization honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, manage and motivate a sales workforce.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to develop and communicate guest insight findings and recommendations, creating actionable strategies for sales functions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives and projects.

Additional Requirements

  • Manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment including computers, telephone/headset, etc.
  • Ability to work in moderate to loud noise conditions.
  • Ability to make telephone calls for extended periods (minimum 40+ calls/day).
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Ability to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.
  • Ability to work for long periods of time under fluorescent lighting.
  • Ability to work at a desk, for most of the day, in a seated position.
  • Ability to spend most of the day working off computer monitors and operating a keyboard.
  • Occasional ability to remain on one’s feet for long periods and/or walk for long distances.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Salary & Benefits

Salary range $135,000.00 – $155,000.00 USD, dependent on relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand.
