About the Role
MiQ is looking for an Associate Sales Marketing Manager to join our growing New York City team. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Strategy leaders, you’ll assist in developing strategic narratives, building sales collateral, and supporting enablement programs that equip the US Sales Team to sell MiQ’s AI-powered advertising solutions with confidence. You’ll bring curiosity, strong communication skills, and a storyteller’s instinct to everything you work on.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support the development of solution messaging and sales content across industries like retail, healthcare, and travel.

Assist with product launches and sales enablement programs, ensuring alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Maintain up-to-date sales collateral and ensure consistent messaging across communication channels, including one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, and product documentation.

Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to refine messaging and storylines.

As you develop in this role, you’ll own sales marketing and enablement for specific verticals or client partnerships.

Required Experience

A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a digital advertising business. Background in sales enablement, sales planning, product marketing, or media strategy is a plus.

Foundational understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfort translating technical ideas into clear and simple messaging.

Experience supporting digital media campaigns, programs, or launches.

Storytelling Core Competencies

Enthusiastic about learning MiQ's products and business, and translating them into clear, compelling narratives and sales materials.

Eager to learn the details of advertising, data, and AI products.

Pay Transparency
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $85,000- $105,000. This range may vary for positions outside of New York as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures. Regardless of location, candidates can expect during the first few conversations with MiQ’s Talent team and Hiring Managers to share any approved budget and details on our competitive bonus and commission packages.
