May & Company, LLP is seeking a qualified candidates to fill the account manager position. Account managers are detail-oriented, client-focused individuals who work closely with clients, partners, and the accounting staff.

Duties and Responsibilities Provide day-to-day accounting support
Assist with year-end reporting, including the preparation and filing of W-2s and 1099s
Assist with payroll processing and quarterly reporting
Prepare and file sales and use tax reports monthly
Prepare monthly financial statements tailored to client needs
Communicate proactively with clients
Qualifications High school diploma (required)
Associates/Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred but not required)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (preferred but not required)
Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage deadlines effectively
