Job Summary:
Client Retention & Satisfaction
Maintain and grow retention across your client portfolio
Build deep, multi-level relationships with client stakeholders
Proactively surface and resolve risks before they become problems
Turn satisfied clients into advocates and referral sources
Strategy & Results Lead annual and quarterly account planning tied to client business goals
Ensure every client sees measurable ROI from their Rocket55 investment
Present compelling quarterly business reviews that connect marketing metrics to revenue outcomes
Stay current on client industry trends and competitive landscape
Team Leadership Lead, manage, and hold accountable a pod team including a Project Manager and channel strategists (SXO, Paid, Social, Copywriter, RevOps)
Run weekly pod syncs focused on account health, performance, and priorities
Conduct quarterly development conversations with direct reports
Build a cohesive, collaborative team that delivers quality work consistently
Mentor strategists and invest in their career growth
Account Profitability & Scope Maintain target gross margins across your portfolio
Scope projects accurately and manage to budget
Identify and execute scope conversations proactively
Find expansion opportunities that genuinely add value for clients
Cross-Functional Delivery Coordinate with Production on creative and web deliverables
Ensure smooth handoffs and clear briefs across all workstreams
Manage client expectations on timelines and capabilities
Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and sharper insights
Requirements Have 5+ years of experience in account management or client services at a digital agency
Have led cross-functional teams and held people accountable to results
Are a natural relationship builder - clients trust you and colleagues want to work with you
Understand digital marketing channels well enough to ask smart questions and spot strategic gaps
Can connect marketing performance to business outcomes and communicate that clearly to clients
Are proactive by default - you bring ideas and solutions, not just status updates
Have experience managing account P&L, scoping projects, and protecting margins
Thrive in a fast-moving environment and can manage competing priorities without losing your footing
Salary Range:
$90,000 - $110,000- depending on experience and qualifications.
