School Partner Relationship Manager - Before and After School Enrichment

The School and Community Partner Manager is primarily responsible for maintaining and growing the portfolio of YMCA Youth Development lines of business by cultivating relationships with school districts, businesses, non‑profit partners and relevant stakeholders. These efforts translate into strengthening existing partnerships and establishing new partnerships that expand enrollment for early learning, before and after school enrichment and day camp programs.
A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in school or child care administration and/or relationship management with an MBA preferred
Educational system experience at school district level preferred
Knowledge of the Child Care and Insurance industries or related experience
Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time and to achieve results under demanding timeframes
Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
Networking, persuasion, prospecting, public speaking, motivation for sales, prospecting, planning, identification of partnership needs and challenges
Ability to make independent judgments, which have significant impacts on the organization
Strong oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to relate to diverse audiences
Ability to lead groups in a manner that builds consensus and a sense of teamwork
