Communications Associate

Job Overview

AV Taxi Rides is hiring a professional and organized Communications Associate to support daily communication efforts, customer engagement, and administrative coordination. This role helps ensure effective communication between customers, office staff, and operations teams while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with customer communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions

Provide accurate information regarding transportation services and scheduling

Maintain communication records and customer documentation

Assist with preparing informational materials and service updates

Coordinate appointment confirmations and customer follow-ups

Support administrative and office functions as needed

Ensure professional and timely communication with customers and staff

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred but not required

Salary Range
$19 – $27 per hour , based on experience and qualifications
