About the Role

Our Client hiring 2 Account Executives to lead the founding go-to-market motion in Austin. This is not a typical AE seat. It is an outbound-first hunter role where you will manage your own pipeline end-to-end: source, qualify, demo, and close. Greg, the Head of Sales, runs outbound himself today and reports that meetings are landing better here than at any prior company he's worked at. The right hire is someone with 3-8 years of sales experience who has been an SDR/BDR, crushed quota, and is ready to own a founding AE seat. You will run 50+ dials per day at minimum, work a 6-week cycle on $50K to $250K deals, and own pilots through conversion when they happen. With strong execution, the seat has a real growth path to leading the sales org as the team scales.
What You'll Own

Run full-cycle outbound sales: source, qualify, demo, and close $50K to $250K deals on a 6-week cycle
Make at least 50+ dials per day. This is an input-heavy founding seat.
Manage pilot conversions when applicable (1-2 month pilots)
Travel to ~10 US conferences per year to source and convert customers
Help build the playbook and operating rhythm that the next AEs and SDRs will inherit
Work closely with Greg, Head of Sales, who runs outbound alongside you
Requirements

Must-Have

3-8 years of sales experience, ideally with both SDR/BDR foundation and AE closing time
Regularly exceeding quota at current or recent role
Outbound hunter mentality. You source your own pipeline and prefer it that way.
Founding the GTM mindset. You want to build the motion, not inherit one.
Comfort with 50+ dials per day as the operating floor
Based in Austin or willing to relocate. In-person 5 days a week.
US-based, no visa sponsorship for this role
Nice-to-Have

Prior experience working under a strong sales leader (interview probe planned)
Healthcare SaaS or healthcare tech background
Prior to founding an AE or early-stage startup sales seat
Comfort traveling the US conference circuit (~10/year)
Compensation & Benefits

Base:

$80,000 - $100,000
Variable:

$80,000 - $100,000
OTE:

$160,000 - $200,000
Quota:

$800K - $1M annually
Uncapped + Kickers, something like (at $90/$90)
