Summary of Position
The Marketing Programs Manager is a key member of the Marketing team responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of outreach, engagement and event campaigns for providers, alumni, and partners. This role ensures that all communications are timely, accurate, and effective, supporting growth, engagement, and access to care.
This is a hands‑on role that blends program management, campaign development and execution, and cross‑functional coordination. The Marketing Programs Manager works closely with clinical leadership, business development, and marketing to bring campaigns and initiatives to life.
Essential Responsibilities
Marketing Program Management:
Plan and implement integrated marketing programs focused on nurture outreach, e-newsletters, and events
Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder inputs
Ensure adherence to Responsible-Accountable-Consulted-Informed (RACI) framework and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Establish tracking and reporting mechanisms for these campaigns to drive qualified leads and meet target customer acquisition cost (CAC) goals
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution:
Write, distribute, and track performance of newsletters, event invitations, outreach campaigns, and ad hoc communications
Utilize platforms such as Marketing Cloud, CE-Go, and Evite to execute campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
Event Marketing:
Partner with Business Development, Operations, and Clinical teams to plan and promote virtual and in‑person events
Manage event promotion timelines, invitations, and communications materials
Manage vendor relationships for print and swag production, including sourcing, quoting, proofing, and fulfillment coordination
Ensure all event‑related communications are accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand standards
Team & Cross‑Functional Leadership:
Serve as the central liaison between Marketing, Clinical, and Business Development teams
Ensure all communications are aligned with brand standards and broader marketing strategy
Supervise and provide direction to 1–2 team members and/or contractors
Support prioritization, feedback, and execution to ensure high‑quality deliverables
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field
5–8 years of experience in marketing programs, campaign management, or event marketing
Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns and managing marketing calendars
Experience working with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Marketing Cloud (or similar marketing automation platform), and event platforms
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent writing and editing skills across diverse audiences
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple stakeholders
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare services, behavioral health, or health tech
Experience supporting both B2B (providers/partners) and B2C (patients) audiences

Pay: $85,000 - $95,000 per year.
Schedule: Fully in‑person in Torrance. Monday through Friday.
