Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)

Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full support provided)

Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date

Role Overview
As an Account Manager, your primary focus is driving new business and growing existing accounts. You will work with both prospective and current customers, conduct policy reviews, and recommend coverage solutions that meet their needs.

In addition to sales responsibilities, you will also assist with light service work, ensuring customers receive timely support while maintaining a strong sales focus.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business through proactive outreach, referrals, and follow-up

Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies

Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and referrals

Assist with light service needs, including policy updates, billing questions, and general inquiries

Resolve customer concerns professionally while identifying additional opportunities to support coverage needs

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and office production goals

Qualifications

Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence engaging in sales conversations and asking for the business

Ability to multitask and balance sales with light service responsibilities

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Prior insurance, account management, or sales experience preferred

Leadership and interpersonal skills
