OVERVIEW
The TikTok Shop Media Specialist is a critical role within the TikTok Shop team at SharkNinja and plays an essential part in driving profitable growth through social commerce. This role is fully dedicated to the strategy, development, and execution of TikTok Shop media, with a strong focus on performance, creator‑led commerce, and conversion.

Reporting into the TikTok Shop organization, this role will work closely with TikTok Shop leadership to drive media performance, including a strong focus on CAM efficiency and optimization. The Specialist will also partner with the TikTok Commercialization team to ensure media strategies support platform priorities, scaling opportunities, and revenue growth.

In addition, this role will collaborate with internal Digital Media and Social teams to ensure TikTok Shop media efforts are integrated into a broader full‑funnel media strategy, while maintaining clear ownership of TikTok Shop media execution and performance.

You will collaborate cross‑functionally with teams including Digital Media, Social, Digital Experience, Brand, Product Marketing, Research & Analytics, Finance, the TikTok Affiliate Lead, and the TikTok Commercialization team to ensure TikTok Shop activations are collaborative, organized, on schedule, and impactful to the growth of SharkNinja brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own day‑to‑day management, execution, and optimization of TikTok Shop media campaigns to meet ROAS, revenue, growth, and CAM efficiency targets

Work closely with TikTok Shop leadership to identify opportunities to improve CAM efficiency, scale performance, and unlock incremental growth

Partner with the TikTok Commercialization team to align media strategy with platform initiatives, scaling opportunities, and revenue‑driving programs

Develop and refine TikTok Shop media strategies that drive lower‑funnel conversion while supporting broader full‑funnel marketing objectives

Collaborate with Digital Media and Social teams to align TikTok Shop media with upper‑ and mid‑funnel initiatives, ensuring a cohesive consumer journey

Partner with the TikTok Affiliate Lead to align paid media amplification with creator and affiliate content strategies

Actively manage and optimize campaign structure, bidding, budgets, and creative rotation within TikTok Ads Manager and TikTok Shop tools

Identify and recommend innovative opportunities to challenge the norm and improve efficiency, scale, and profitability within TikTok Shop

Support TikTok Shop media strategy for new product launches, including testing, learning agendas, optimization, and scaling

Analyze performance data to uncover insights, share learnings with leadership, and translate findings into actionable optimizations

Manage timelines, budgets, billing, and deliverables with key partners and platform stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree

Positive, professional, enthusiastic, and team‑oriented attitude

1+ year of hands‑on experience managing TikTok media and/or TikTok Shop campaigns (required)

2‑3 years of digital marketing or social media experience

Direct experience working in TikTok Ads Manager and TikTok Shop tools (required)

Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including ROAS, CPA, CAM efficiency, conversion rate, and revenue optimization

Experience supporting or amplifying creator and affiliate content within TikTok Shop or paid social environments

Proactive, resourceful, and driven problem solver with the ability to analyze data and surface actionable insights

Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Comfortable working cross‑functionally and taking ownership within clearly defined swim lanes

Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite/Excel required; experience with BI, reporting, or analytics tools encouraged

TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, or paid media certifications are a bonus

$83,900 – $102,500 USD
