The Creator Studio is an end-to-end social studio within Publicis Production, connecting platform-first strategy, social-first content and agile production to deliver impactful social for our clients.
Overview As a Senior Producer, you will serve as the central hub- a trusted, respected, and critical asset to the entire team and production process. This role requires a strong balance of production and project management, with the ability to operate fluidly across fast‑paced, social‑first content ecosystems. You will bring experience working within always‑on, organic social content engines, collaborating across a combined BBH and Creator Studio team to deliver high‑quality, platform‑native content at scale.
You possess excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams calmly and effectively. Your expertise spans beyond traditional production operations into strategic planning and creative workflow integration, ensuring alignment from concept through execution. You proactively interrogate briefs upfront, setting teams up for success from design through delivery while ensuring client satisfaction. You are also experienced in maximizing production strategy, including the efficient use of OOP (Out‑of‑Production) opportunities and optimized shoot windows to drive cost‑effective and high‑impact outputs. Additionally, you are comfortable operating in live event environments, capturing and translating real‑time moments into compelling social content.
As a manager, you will be responsible for the development and mentorship of Producers and Associate Producers, fostering growth and excellence across the team.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners and internal teams to plan and deliver projects
Collaborate across BBH and Creator studio teams to support a unified, content engine
Operate effectively within always‑on social and organic content workflows, delivering high‑volume, platform‑first content
Lead both production execution and project management responsibilities, ensuring seamless delivery across all phases, including some simple post‑production editing tasks
Review and manage scope of work throughout the lifecycle of a job
Maintain and communicate all project documentation, including complex product, pricing, and business strategy details
Work closely with agency producers to obtain and provide all necessary production specifications
Build and manage timelines, ensuring teams and clients remain on track through creative and production phases
Optimize production strategies, leveraging OOP opportunities and aligning shoot windows for efficiency and scale
Lead live event content capture, ensuring real‑time social delivery aligned to brand and platform needs
Manage project financials, including opening jobs, tracking team hours, bidding, wrapping, and escalating scope changes
Oversee Tier 2 executions from bidding through delivery and wrap
Identify and secure appropriate production resources in partnership with Leads and Resource Management
Provide product and brief updates to all relevant stakeholders
Support and mentor Producers and Associate Producers, fostering growth and collaboration
Integrate AI‑driven tools into creative and production processes to enhance efficiency and innovation
Manage asset tracking
Partner closely with strategy and creative teams to ensure alignment across production, strategy, and creative workflows
Location & Commitments Full‑time role, currently hybrid status
In‑person/in‑office minimum of 4 days per week
Travel Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Physical Demands Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
May be required to deliver on client and production needs
Qualifications Experience in a hybrid production and project management role, ideally within a social or content studio environment
Proven experience working within social‑first, always‑on content ecosystems
Experience collaborating across multi‑agency or integrated studio teams
Strong on‑set production experience, including live event content capture for social media
Demonstrated ability to optimize production strategy, including shoot planning and resource efficiency
Deep understanding of creative, strategy, and production workflows and how they intersect
Proficiency in Office 365 and project management tools
Knowledge of Adobe Suite preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong team leadership and relationship‑building skills
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Exceptional organizational and project planning abilities
Strong financial tracking and budget management skills
Client‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines

Compensation Compensation Range: USD $106,780.00 - USD $170,937.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
