Program Coordinator II – Marketing Game Presentation & Fan Experience
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Coordinator II (Coordinator – Marketing Game Presentation & Fan Experience) for Athletics – Marketing.

Position Overview
As a key member of the Athletics Marketing team, the Program Coordinator will oversee and manage marketing, fan experience, digital and traditional advertising, and promotional efforts for assigned sports, assist with leading the Marketing, Fan Experience & Brand Strategy internship program, help manage charitable donations, and manage external appearances and scheduling requests for the mascot Sir Henry.

Responsibilities

Oversee, coordinate, and manage all marketing, fan experience, digital and traditional advertising, and promotional efforts for Rutgers Athletics for assigned sports.

Assist with leading the Marketing, Fan Experience & Brand Strategy internship program.

Help manage charitable donations through the department.

Manage external appearances and scheduling requests for Rutgers Athletics mascot Sir Henry.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sports administration, marketing or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Ability to make decisions independently.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Computer literacy.

Preferred Qualifications

One to two years of experience working in the sports marketing/event management field.

Basic knowledge of Photoshop and/or other graphics tools.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Lifting of boxes at times.

Special Conditions

Ability to work nights and weekends.

Employment Details

Position Status: Full Time

Standard Hours: 37.5 per week

Work Arrangement: Fully on-site

FLSA Status: Nonexempt

Grade: 03

Terms of Appointment: Staff – 12 month

Pension Eligibility: ABP

Salary
Minimum Salary: $52,602.48

Mid Range Salary: $64,788.98

Maximum Salary: $76,975.48
