Lean Production Supervisor — Team Leader & CI

Amphenol Corp is seeking a Production Supervisor in Mesa, Arizona to lead a team ensuring efficient production and performance. You will supervise and train direct reports, manage production schedules, and lead continuous improvement projects.
The ideal candidate has a BA or BS, at least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lean manufacturing experience are preferred.
