Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:30AM - 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $35.00-$55.00/hour DOE
Employment Type: Contract | Approximately 3 Months with Potential Temp-to-Hire
Work Environment: 100% Onsite

About the Opportunity

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly organized Marketing Communications Traffic Specialist to support a fast-paced marketing and creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping projects moving, managing competing priorities, and collaborating with creative, content, digital, and communications teams to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Route, track, and manage creative, content, and digital marketing projects from initiation through completion
Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and workflow across multiple stakeholders
Partner with creative leadership to allocate resources and balance team workloads
Collaborate with internal clients, marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure projects remain on schedule
Coordinate production of marketing materials including brochures, reports, presentations, signage, and other deliverables
Monitor project progress and proactively communicate updates, risks, and deadlines
Manage vendor relationships and assist with invoice processing and project documentation
Review deliverables for quality, formatting, spelling, and brand consistency
Assist with project estimates, production schedules, and workflow improvements
Support additional marketing communications projects as assigned
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in traffic coordination, creative operations, project coordination, marketing operations, or a related field
Experience supporting creative, marketing, communications, agency, or design teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Experience working with project management systems and workflow tools
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative project management platforms
