Communications Business Partner

The Communications Business Partner on our Life Science Communications team will support internal and external business communication programs for our global Business Units, contributing to Life Science reputation, visibility and employee engagement. This role will be responsible for supporting integrated strategies that increase employee awareness of key topics and initiatives, while contributing to owned and earned media activities that maintain a strong external image and reputation. Key activities include stakeholder management, messaging development, content creation, content curation and program management to ensure high quality, consistent communication to our target audiences. This role also will have responsibility to contribute to change management strategies and execution for strategic projects within our business areas. This role collaborates closely with leadership teams, in-house design team, Communications colleagues, external agency partners and marketing teams.
