Talent Sourcer
The Talent Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building relationships with qualified candidates to support the client and Churchstreeter and Crosse current and future hiring needs. This role partners closely with Sr. Recruiters and Leader Advisors to develop talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions across clinical, non-clinical, and leadership functions. Talent Sourcer utilizes research, market intelligence, networking, and advanced sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates while helping ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with qualified candidates through strategic sourcing, talent mapping, market research, and pipeline development to support current and future clinical, operational, and leadership hiring needs.
Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong candidate relationships through proactive outreach, screening, ongoing engagement, and timely communication while delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the organization's culture and values.
Talent Intelligence & Market Research: Leverage healthcare labor market intelligence, talent trends, compensation data, and competitive insights to identify sourcing opportunities, inform recruitment strategies, and support hiring leaders in attracting top talent.
Collaboration & Partnership: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and talent acquisition leaders to understand workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and support recruitment marketing, networking, and employer branding initiatives that attract top talent.
Data & Process Management: Maintain accurate candidate and sourcing records, track key sourcing performance metrics, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, employment laws, and recruitment best practices throughout the process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in recruitment in lieu of a degree.
4 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting is required.
Experience utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM platforms, or Boolean search techniques is required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships is required.
Healthcare experience is preferred.
Work Environment
This role typically operates in a hybrid environment depending on organizational needs. Occasional travel may be required for industry events, networking, or candidate/client engagement.
