We appreciate your interest and thank you for taking the time to apply.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRevenue Growth & Full Sales CycleDrive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targetsManage the complete sales cycle from cold calling and lead generation through discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing, and customer on-boardingExecute outbound prospecting via cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn to build and maintain a strong pipeline Territory & Account ManagementOwn territory planning and development across assigned K-12 districts and accounts in the Southern California regionBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders including superintendents, principals, and curriculum directorsManage the full account lifecycle to drive retention, upsell, and renewal revenue Business Development & Market StrategyIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive market research and competitive analysisPartner with marketing to support campaign execution and align field activity with demand generation effortsRepresent the company at K-12 education conferences, events, and district meetings Operations & CollaborationMaintain accurate pipeline data and activity records in CRM systemsApply data-driven decision-making to evaluate territory performance, forecast accurately, and prioritize accountsCollaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experienceSupport project management of complex, multi-stakeholder district deals QUALIFICATIONS Required35+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record in the K-12 education or EdTech marketDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed quota in a full-cycle, field-based sales roleProficiency with CRM platforms and disciplined pipeline managementStrong skills in cold calling, email outreach, and multi-channel lead generationExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsValid drivers license and excellent driving record.Able to commute within assigned regions/territoriesMust be legally eligible to work in the U.S PreferredExperience selling SaaS, curriculum, or professional development solutions to school districtsFamiliarity with K-12 procurement cycles, including Title I and state/local fundingEstablished relationships with K-12 administrators or procurement stakeholdersWHAT WE OFFERBase salary of $80,000 $110,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE $130,000 $170,000+)Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in K-12 educationCollaborative, mission-driven team culture with strong leadership supportComprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, and PTO & Sick time Eligibility for benefits may vary based on employment status, classification, and other factors.
