Commercial Lines Account Manager

Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager focusing on Construction Accounts needed for an Insurance Agency located in Costa Mesa, CA!

HOURS:

Flexible schedule; 8 am – 5 pm

DURATION:

Direct Hire

Pay:

$85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

WORKPLACE:

Hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 days remote. (To qualify for $100,000 + you must have 4-5 years recent Commercial Lines Account Manager experience with construction experience using EPIC.)

Job Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Service accounts, including account transactions such as quote and issue policies, ID cards, proposal endorsements, certificates, claims, renewals, follow-up, and correspondence.

Respond to client inquiries, incoming mail, and company request needs on a timely basis.

Insurance marketing and sales.

Collect renewal data on assigned accounts.

Claims support.

Develop coverage strategies and plans, as necessary.

Review new/renewal policies and endorsements to ensure items were received as ordered.

Complete other functions and assignments assigned, including backup duties.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience recently working as a CL Account Manager, working within an independent agency environment.

Construction account experience is required.

Active Property & Casualty License Required.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Applied EPIC experience is plus.

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
