Responsibility for the development and management marketing strategy for OOH Channel & Events (HoReCa - Hotel/Restaurants/Cafes), On the Go (Takeaway), Vending & Events). The person in this position is responsible for developing the marketing strategy for the OOH & Events channel, achieving point‑of‑sale business results through well‑defined marketing activities, securing key partnerships, which focus on optimizing sales and maximizing our brand presence in the Out of Home channel, leading to profitable growth. The position involves a lot of business travel in the face of a strongly changing market.Environment analysis and customer needs assessmentProvide a detailed analysis of the market environment, including consumer trends, buying behavior and customer preferences in the HoReCa, On the Go, Vending & Events segments.Identify key customer needs and expectations in each of these segments, including both current and future trends.Defining strategic objectives and directions (long‑term/annual BP)Based on the results of the analysis of the environment, the strategic goals of HBC & the system establish clear business objectives for the OOH channel (HoReCa, On the Go, Vending & Events).Develop strategic directions/tactics that will lead to the achievement of these goals, taking into account the differences and specifics of each of these market segments.Action planning and implementationDevelop a comprehensive action plan, including specific activities, tools and initiatives to achieve the set goals and strategic directions.Implement coordinated activities across all sales channels, ensuring consistency and synergistic effects in action.Monitoring results and adjusting strategiesRegularly monitor the results of channel strategy activities, including sales metrics, market share, customer satisfaction, etc.Analyze monitoring data and conclusions to identify areas of success and areas for improvement.Adjust channel strategy based on results obtained and changing market conditions and customer needs.Cross‑functional cooperationWork closely with various company departments, including sales, marketing, finance, RGM, RTM, procurement, supply chain, legal & insight teams, and work closely systemically with TCCC as well as at the CC HBC group levelCollaborate with other categories (FINLANDIA/PS/Beer/Coffee/BEER) to ensure implementation of the 24/7 approachEnsure consistency and synergy of activities between different departments, enabling effective implementation of channel strategies.Organizing tenders and activities with a third party.Leading the TeamMotivate, support and lead the OOH marketing team to effectively implement the channel strategy.Provide appropriate support and competence development to team members, enabling them to effectively carry out their assigned responsibilities.Financial budget managementEffectively manage budgets for marketing, sales and operational activities within the OOH & Events channel.Develop annual and quarterly budgets, taking into account sales forecasts, business objectives and investment needs of each sub‑channel.Monitor expenditures within the budget, ensuring their effective use and controlling costs to ensure that business objectives are achieved with optimal use of financial resources.Analyze return on investment (ROI) for individual activities and initiatives to assess their effectiveness and decide on any adjustments or changes in budget allocation.Identify potential key business partners in the OOH & Events segment.Establish and build lasting relationships with key customers, including managing communications and negotiations with decision‑making representatives at various levels of the organization.QualificationsUniversity degreeMinimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the FMCG industry or OOH channelStrong commercial understanding, including sales, marketing, and/or event experienceGood knowledge of financial mattersStrong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize information for decision‑makingExperience in managing, developing, and motivating peopleStrategic thinking and ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong presentation and storytelling skillsStrong analytical skills and financial acumenExcellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skillsStrong results orientationCreativity and innovation mindsetLeadership and motivation skillsGood command of EnglishGood Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPointWe offer competitive employment conditions. Candidates who meet the requirements can expect a monthly base gross salary from 23200 PLN gross.
