Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to customers, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, leadership and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, willingness to engage in sales conversations, and bilingual Spanish.
Compensation is $48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year, with base pay ranging from $35,000$45,000 a year and position eligible for unlimited monthly commission.
