Responsibilities

Craft and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with high‑net‑worth audiences.

Manage digital and print marketing channels to support the club’s brand.

Translate the club’s culture into compelling brand storytelling.

Collaborate across functions to align marketing strategy with business objectives.

Deliverables & Tools

Monthly Marketing Playbooks – Seasonal campaign templates, retention tactics, onboarding sequences, and content calendars designed for private clubs.

Peer Roundtables – Monthly conversations with GMs, membership directors, and industry leaders about what’s working and what’s next.

Instagram Engagement Group – An exclusive group of club professionals supporting authentic engagement to boost reach and visibility.

Industry Benchmarking – Aggregated data from clubs nationwide, including marketing spend and staffing ratios.
