The Marketing Manager supports the Chief Marketing Officer in the planning, coordination, execution, and management of RadiFi Credit Union's marketing initiatives. This position helps oversee the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department, ensuring campaigns, projects, community engagement efforts, events, strategic partnerships, communications, and marketing deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with RadiFi's brand, business goals, and member growth strategy.This is a working manager role. The Marketing Manager is expected to lead, support, coach, and manage direct reports while also actively contributing to department projects, campaign execution, content development, reporting, vendor coordination, internal communication, event/community engagement support and other tasks as needed. The position requires someone who is collaborative, organized, hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift.The Marketing Manager works closely with the Marketing Department, internal departments, branch teams, Mortgage Loan Officers, vendors, and strategic partners to help ensure Marketing is responsive, proactive, and aligned with RadiFi's growth priorities.Marketing supports community events, sponsorships, and partner activities. This role will require early morning, evening, and weekend participation based on business needs.May be eligible for limited hybrid work.Schedule and Travel RequirementsThis position is primarily based at Park Street Headquarters.Local travel will be required for meetings, events, partner activities, vendor meetings, branch support, and community engagement.Early morning, evening, or weekend work will be required based on events, sponsorships, campaigns, or business needs.This role is expected to support team coverage for community engagement and event activities as needed.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Marketing Department LeadershipSupport the CMO in managing daily workflow, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to strengthen performance and accountability.Assign work, monitor progress, and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.Foster a collaborative, communicative, and high-performing team environment.Serve as a resource to remove obstacles, coordinate next steps, and escalate when needed.Maintain a hands-on approach by contributing directly to marketing deliverables.Strategic & Operational Support to the Chief Marketing OfficerAssist in planning and executing marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.Prepare reports, presentations, campaign summaries, and updates for leadership.Support marketing calendars, project timelines, and communication plans.Track department priorities, projects, and vendor deliverables.Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Campaign & Project ManagementManage campaigns from planning through execution, reporting, and follow-up.Coordinate timelines, assets, messaging, approvals, and distribution channels.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity on objectives and deadlines.Execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, web, in-branch, events, etc.).Monitor performance and recommend optimization strategies.Support campaign reporting and analysis to drive continuous improvement.Community Engagement, Events, & Strategic Partner SupportSupport planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and partnerships.Ensure alignment with brand standards, growth goals, and community impact.Participate in events and represent RadiFi as needed.Assist with staffing, logistics, promotion, and follow-up.Evaluate event effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.Brand, Content, & CommunicationsEnsure all marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and brand-aligned.Review and support development of marketing content across channels.Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.Coordinate content calendars and campaign assets.Proofread and approve materials prior to distribution.Digital, Website, & Social Media SupportAssist with website updates, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.Monitor engagement, campaign performance, and online reputation.Support tracking tools such as UTM links, landing pages, and reporting dashboards.Identify opportunities to enhance digital member experience.Vendor, Budget, & Resource CoordinationCoordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners to support campaign execution.Obtain estimates, review proofs, and track deliverables.Assist in budget tracking, invoices, and expense management.Maintain organized records of marketing activities and assets.Reporting & AdministrationTrack marketing performance metrics including campaigns, events, and engagement.Maintain documentation such as calendars, timelines, and project files.Support departmental planning and internal communications.Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.Physical RequirementsIs able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable andtimely attendance.Must be able to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team. Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to complete basic mathematical calculations, spell accurately, and understand computer basics. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence. Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstratehighest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public. Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace. Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters.Work EnvironmentAbility to sit, stand, walk, speak, and use a computer for extended periods.Ability to attend meetings, events, and community activities at various locations.Ability to assist with event setup and breakdown as needed, including lifting and carrying materials, supplies, or promotional items up to 25'40 pounds.Ability to work in indoor and outdoor event settings with varying weather, noise levels, and physical conditions.This Job Description is not a complete statement of all duties and responsibilities comprising the position.Knowledge and Skills:Experience:Minimum of five (5) years of marketing related experience is required. May include marketing, communications, brand, digital, community engagement, or campaign management experience.Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.Experience managing marketing projects, campaigns, vendors, events, sponsorships, or communications preferred.Financial institution or credit union experience preferred.Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple internal stakeholders is strongly preferred.Education:A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field is required.Interpersonal Skills:Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level.
