Software Resources is hiring an Editorial – Asset Coordinator for a major corporation located in Orlando, FL.
The role focuses on business unit–centered space management functions for Entertainment and Product + Technology, while collaborating with cross‑office teams and stakeholders. The position may require occasional travel (less than 1%). The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
Office and seat planning and execution in partnership with the Senior Manager, Workplace Experience.
Daily management and care of Enterprise & Product + Technology spaces—including conference rooms, kitchens, furniture, signage, and technology support.
Inventory and restock supplies, snacks, drinks, and other consumables; assist with ordering; lift boxes or equipment up to 50 lbs as needed.
Process expense reports as required.
Communicate two‑way with team members at assigned location, compile internal communications such as memos, and maintain documentation.
First line of contact for onsite team members.
Identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
Serve as a business partner to internal key stakeholders regarding space management of the assigned space.
Partner with security on employee access to facilities.
Partner with HR on equipment and seating needs for new hires.
Maintain location data and records validation/upkeep.
Support location projects as needed.
Assist with planning and executing special events, holiday projects, and team‑building events.
Support preparation for major meetings, all‑hands meetings, and training sessions.
Drive human‑centered touch points and resources to enhance employees’ in‑office experience.
Project Management

Space Management Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of space management experience preferred.
Main contact point and owner for local team member questions, IT, AV, first aid & fire/safety, security, parking, onboarding/offboarding, and landlord communications.
Inventorying, ordering, and stocking of pantry/kitchen items, snacks, drinks, and office supplies.
Resolve HVAC, furniture, cleaning, and plant issues in a timely manner.
General Skills
Excellent computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to learn new software.
Highly effective verbal and written communication.
Navigate a matrixed organization and a global network of internal and external partners.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, supporting new products and businesses.
Professionalism
Maintain confidentiality with discretion, judgment, and diplomacy.
