Short Staffed is hiring: Graphics Design in Sioux City

This position is responsible for creating and modifying designs for t-shirts and other apparel, preparing artwork for production, and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possesses strong graphic design and communication skills.

Essential Responsibilities

Create and replicate designs for t-shirts and other apparel products.
Work with customer-provided artwork to adapt and modify designs for optimal screen-printing results.
Perform color separations and output films for production.
Update and maintain work-order databases accurately.
Operate and manage large-format printers, including Roland printers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure artwork meets production requirements and deadlines.
Review customer orders and artwork carefully to ensure accuracy and quality.
Troubleshoot design and production issues and provide effective solutions.
Prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Experience working with graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW .
Drawing and illustration skills are a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to adapt customer artwork for screen-printing production.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
