To support the day-to-day execution and creative development of content, the full-time YouTube Associate Producer will produce and package engaging video assets from Yahoo Finance's library, translating complex financial topics into visually appealing formats while utilizing performance data to drive channel growth.
Key responsibilities

Produce and package daily YouTube content into clear, platform-native video packages
Support senior producers in creating visually engaging video concepts that simplify complex financial concepts
Utilize YouTube Analytics to monitor performance and assist in ongoing content experiments

Required qualifications

1-3 years of experience in digital, streaming, or social video production
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing systems
Solid understanding of YouTube packaging mechanics, including thumbnails and title optimization
Interest in markets and personal finance, with a curiosity to translate financial topics for a broader audience
Strong written communication skills focused on crafting compelling headlines and descriptions
