Qualifications
- 8+ years, significant time at the senior creative level
- Highly conceptual portfolio with breadth, a point of view, and reverence for craft
- Experience leading and developing creative teams, growing them beyond mere management
- Comfort executing your ideas in any medium
- Commitment to a four‑day work week, Monday‑Thursday, in Portland, Maine
