Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing within AI, SaaS or tech companies
- Skilled in both PLG and SLG strategies at scale
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, global organizations

- We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our product marketing team for monday AI work platform—monday’s flagship product, and a category leader. monday AI work platform has shown over the years outstanding growth and impact, this is a rare opportunity to help shape the future trajectory of a market leader product, and grow it to new market opportunities
- As the dedicated PMM for monday AI work platform, you’ll play an integral part in driving its go-to-market strategy in the AI era. From deeply understanding our customers to shaping compelling narratives, messaging, and collateral—you’ll bring the product’s story to life and make sure it resonates with the right audiences

- Owning product‑marketing efforts of monday AI work platform, including:
- Lead PMM efforts from top‑of‑the‑funnel presence up to sales support
- Drive PMM excellence by ensuring deliverables are meaningful, useful, and creating business value
- Develop compelling narratives, messaging, and value propositions to support positioning, launches, and adoption
- Conduct research on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends, and implement insights in your work
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for impact, define hypotheses and business cases, propose solutions, and execute quickly
- Lead and create marketing and sales assets such as the product’s website, landing pages, campaign briefs, sales decks, battle cards and more
- Develop strong relationships with GTM units, product management, marketing managers, and client‑facing leaders to leverage opportunities, tackle challenges, and close deals
