Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Personal Lines Account Manager

to join a growing team. This role is integral to maintaining and enhancing client relationships by providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse book of business.

Compensation Package

Salary : $50,000 annually (based on a 36.25-hour workweek) + commission opportunities

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business with approximately 400-500 accounts, totaling $2.5 million in premium.

Handle all aspects of client service, including rating, re-rating, policy changes, billing inquiries, and client communications.

Address client needs for both new and renewal business (90% service existing accounts, 10% new business).

Work with a range of accounts, from $200 to $15,000 in premium, with an average account size of $5,000.

Collaborate with top carriers such as Grange, Westfield, and Safeco.

Utilize the Zywave PartnerXe agency management system to manage client information and workflows.

Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Designations:

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in personal lines insurance or a related field.

Familiarity with top carriers such as Grange, Westfield, and Safeco is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and think critically to solve problems.

Reliable, hardworking, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
